INTRODUCTION
We are going to be talking about the messy divorce and child custody battle between rapper jeezy and day time talk show host, jeanie mai. Now these two met on a show called THE REAL which was hosted by jeanie mai, Adrienne Houghton, Loni love and Tamera Mawry at the time and jeezy came as a guest on the show in 2021. The relationship went so fast , One thing let to another and they both became an item. they got married and a year later welcomed their daughter monaco mai jenkins.
- WHO IS JEEZY ?
The artist , Jay Wayne Jenkins, aka jeezy, is an american rapper born on September 28, 1977 so he is 46years old , he has 3 childred and 3 baby mamas, jeanie being the third and most popular because he actually got married to her and they are both celebrities. He rescently published his first book titled ‘’adversity for sale’’ therefore he is also an author a best selling author for that matter.
The artist welcomed his first child, son Jadarius Dykes, in 1996 with Tynesha Dykes. His second child, daughter Amra Nor Jenkins, was born in 2014 to Jeezy and his then-partner, Mahlet “Mahi” Gebremedhin. He also shares daughter Monaco Mai Jenkins, born in 2022, with his ex wife Jeannie Mai Jenkins.

- WHO IS JEANNIE MAI ?
On the other hand Jeannie Camtu Mai is an American television personality, best known for her work on the makeover show How Do I Look? and the syndicated daytime talk show The Real. As a fashion expert, she is frequently featured on television programs such as Today, Extra TV, Entertainment Tonight, and Insider. She was born January 4, 1979 in san jose, california united states , so she is 45 years old and a single mother of 1 which she gave birth to in 2022 at the age of 43.
She was previously married to freddy harteis for 10years from 2007 to 2018 and her second marriage was with jeezy from 2021 to 2023 barely 1 year after giving birth to their daughter.
It should be noted that jeannie precised several times that she did not want to have children.

- WHAT REALLY HAPPENED ?
Now that we have a little back story of who they are , let's get into the details of what really happend, firstly , she announce her pregnancy on the real just before the girl chat segment. after anoucing their pregnancy they had their baby shower with friends and family in attendance , shared their pregnancy photos online , vacationed together and did all things normal couples do.
They seemed to be a happy family on the outside but litterrally nothing was moving smoothly in their marriage , jeannie reportedly had anger issues , it was also reported she had a lot of her family members living with them including her mother mama mai and we all know how that can be unconfortable, especially for a man like jeezy . on the other hand jeezy had commitment issues, i mean , he never committed to no woman in the past and jeannie probably thought things will be different with her but she was very wrong.

- HOW DID SHE FIND OUT SHE WAS GETTING A DIVORCE ?
She posted a video of her and her daughter just a day before finding out her husband filed for divorce on social media just like everyone else.
This was one of the most embarrasing moments any woman could go through , imagine posting a video of your so called husband on instagram to promote his book, only to find out on social media like everyone else that he has filed for a divorce! And yes jeezy was the one who filed and when a man does that it speaks volumes because men usually don't file for divorce

- CHILD CUSTODY BATTLE IN COURT
Right now they are in a messy divorce in court about custody of their daughter monaco, they also had a prenup before getting married but jeannie is pleading with the court not to consider it, claiming she didn't have enough time to read the prenup before marriage.
Obviously she will want to get some money out of this situation cause she definately didnt sign up for this. Also jeeszy is going to fight as much as he can cause he obviously doesnt want to pay child support, just like his other baby mamas and children, he is going to treat Jeannie the exact same way , no exceptions!
So ladies ! always look at the pattern my darling, you are not different, that man will treat you same way he treated the other women in his life.

- IS JEANNIE MAI INNOCENT ?
However, jeannie is not innocent either she got with jeezy because he is rich and famous, she refused having kids during the course of her 10 years marriage with her ex husband freddy , she didn't respect him enough and he ended up divorcing her.
Someone said in the comments online '' white meat dont want you , black meat dont want you , girl you better become a vergiterian'' what a mess !
Jeezy got with her for the wrong reasons too , his other baby mothers where black and he thought a white woman, an asian woman was better and will give him respect he wanted to look cool beside that chinese lady, but he quickly realised he cannot deal with her and jeezy is not compromising, for no body! so he up and left.
CONCLUSION
The only people who suffer in situations like this are the kids and my heart goes to this little girl monaco who did not ask to be born and raised in a divided home.
